The One That Got Away...

The Cardinal is alot like

a butterfly

they are both so very elusive

So I am thrilled when I get

to capture one on camera

Sorry for the poor quality-this was taken from an upstairs window through a window screen and I had to zoom. It was a few acres away and the camera was autofocusing on the screen, lol

I love how the flowers grow right off of the trunk and branches

and it flowers before it gets it's leaves

When the leaves come out they are heartshaped.

All the eggs have hatched now and they are getting downy fluff

 I got a few potatoes out to fix and

I was surprised with this heart shaped one

A sparrow has made a nest in the

shrub beside our porch

and it looks like one has hatched..

I just put the camera lens in the bush

quickly ,so I didn't get much of a shot

Excuse me I said I wanted a granite passthru not one made of granite stones...excuse me if this is in your home ...but we are looking to buy a home out of state and I came across a few pics that made me chuckle a bit...then there was the bathroom..in the same home..and this home cost almost $300,000,which I don't consider 'cheap'...anyway...

I don't know why I deleted my old one but I wanted it back, but the name was taken already, well anyway, I started another.
Not much there yet ,but, who knows maybe it will inspire me to do more, lol.
